2. Price

In short: the price on the product page is the price you pay.

Price (販売価格): as shown on each product page and at checkout, in the currency shown at checkout.

3. Shipping and other charges

In short: shipping is free and nothing else is added at checkout.

Shipping (送料): free on every order.
Other charges (商品代金以外の必要料金): none at checkout.
For orders delivered in Japan: if a carrier or customs asks you to pay import charges at delivery, send us the receipt and we refund them.

4. Payment

In short: you pay when you place your order.

Payment methods (支払方法): the card and wallet options shown at checkout.
Payment timing (支払時期): your payment is charged when you place your order.

5. Delivery

In short: usually 10–19 days from your order.

Delivery time (引渡時期): your order is prepared within 1–3 days and usually arrives 10–19 days after you place it.
Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse, usually in China.
We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

6. Cancellations and returns

In short: cancel before it ships; return within 30 days of delivery; faulty items are replaced or refunded.

Cancellations and returns (返品・交換・キャンセル):
You may cancel your order before it ships, for a full refund.
Change of mind: tell us within 30 days after delivery and return the item unused (the tissue holder, the shower head or the hood). You pay the return shipping. We refund the item price within 7 business days after we receive it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: tell us within 30 days after delivery and send photos. You choose a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.
